Humble Beginnings
My culinary journey began at age 9, inspired by the Food Network and a love for creative expression through food. By 10, I was tackling complex recipes, collecting magazines, and experimenting with flavors, colors, and plating.

Passion & Purpose
My career path wasn’t linear—I explored retail, aviation, and business management before returning to my true calling: food. While studying at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I shared my creations online, leading to private chef opportunities. With a diploma in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness, I fully embraced my passion in April 2024, launching Culinary Chemistry.

Art, Science & Healing
Cooking is both my artistic outlet and scientific playground. My fascination with how food impacts the body fuels my approach—combining culinary creativity with nutrition-based wellness. In August 2024, I expand this vision by becoming a certified breathwork practitioner, integrating food with the powerful healing modality of breath. Nourishment goes beyond the plate—what we eat and how we breathe are deeply connected to overall well-being.

Intuitive Nourishment
I believe food and breath are medicine, and no single approach fits all. My mission is to inspire and educate others on intuitive nourishment—listening to the body to fuel it with what it truly needs, both through mindful eating and intentional breathing. Together, these practices create a foundation for holistic healing, vitality, and balance.
